Museum Acquisition

LACMA acquires works by Krista Svalbonas

Following her exhibition "What Remains" at Marshall Gallery, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) has completed the acquisition of two works by Lithuanian-American artist Krista Svalbonas. One work from each of her recent projects on the history of Baltic displaced persons, Displacement and What Remains, were acquired for the museum's permanent collection.
